How it Works

Initial Contact

Reach out to us via email, phone, text  or fill out our contact form below with your questions. We’re happy to set up a time to chat or communicate electronically to ensure your preferences and needs are understood from the start.

Finding the right Locums shift(s)

We’ll work with you to identify opportunities tailored to your specialty and interests. Once you find a position that works for you, we’ll provide a Provider Service Agreement and application to get the process moving.

Presentation & Interview

After selecting a position, we present your credentials to the site. If approved, a phone interview is arranged. Once everyone agrees it’s a good fit, we proceed with licensing (if needed) and site credentialing.

Licensing, Credentialing & Travel Arrangements

While licensing and credentialing are completed, we work with you to finalize your work dates and secure approval from the site. We also handle travel and accommodation arrangements to ensure everything is ready for your assignment.

Orientation, Shift & Payment

On arrival, you’ll complete site orientation and begin your shifts. Submit your timesheets promptly and get paid immediately via direct deposit. At year-end, we issue a 1099 for tax purposes. Ready for more? We’ll help you find your next rewarding assignment!
